Rental Policy

All room rates are based on 2 persons per room occupancy. A $25 per person per night charge is added for each additional guest regardless of age.

Cancellation Policy

To confirm reservations, a deposit (per room within seven days of booking) of one night's lodging is required for one and two night stays. A deposit of 50% is required for stays of three nights or longer. Deposits will be forfeited if guest arrives after confirmed arrival date or departs before the final day of the reservation. When given at least ten days' notice of cancellation, deposit will be refunded less a $35 per-room processing fee. If less than ten days' notice is given, deposit may be used toward another visit within six months, provided we can fully rebook the cancelled reservation.
